From SilentFlow to Low Pressure Vacuum Pump Solutions: Hibon’s Complete Rotary Lobe Blower Solutions

Hibon develops multiple package versions to meet the needs of various industrial processes. Whether your system runs under pressure or vacuum, we offer solutions that ensure reliable air handling and performance.

Hibon engineers custom blower packages to meet the specific needs of industrial systems. Our solutions handle both pressure and vacuum applications with consistent airflow and dependable performance. We build each package to integrate easily and operate efficiently.

Optimizing Clean Airflow with SilentFlow

Hibon developed the SilentFlow series to circulate air and neutral gases in non-hazardous environments. These blowers manage up to 1,000 mbar (15 PSIG) of pressure and 500 mbar absolute (15'' Hg) of vacuum. Their oil-free design ensures quiet operation and long-term energy savings.

Achieving High Vacuum with VP Series

Hibon equips the VP series with VTB.XL air injection blowers to reach vacuum levels up to 92% and flow rates of 8,500 m³/h. These systems support demanding industrial processes that require strong vacuum performance and stable airflow.

Maximizing Flow with DW Series

Hibon designed the DW water-cooled roots vacuum pump for large-scale vacuum applications. In single-stage mode, it reaches -600 mbar gauge and delivers up to 16,500 m³/h. In dual-stage mode, it achieves -850 mbar gauge and handles up to 30,000 m³/h. The system uses water-injection positive displacement blowers to maintain efficient vacuum operation.

Handling Hazardous Gases with Custom Packages

Hibon builds custom blower systems to transfer hazardous, harmful, or explosive gas mixtures. These packages deliver high energy efficiency, reduce noise, and maintain precise pressure control. They ensure safe and stable operation, even in complex industrial environments.

Can an air blower be installed outdoors?

An air blower can be installed outdoors, but several important factors must be considered to ensure optimal performance and longevity:

Weather Protection: Outdoor installations expose the blower to rain, humidity, dust, and temperature variations. It’s essential to use a protective enclosure or weatherproof housing to shield the equipment from the elements.

Ventilation and Cooling: Even in outdoor settings, proper airflow around the blower is crucial to prevent overheating. The installation site should allow for adequate ventilation.

Noise Management: Outdoor installations may require noise reduction measures, especially if the blower is near residential or sensitive areas. Acoustic enclosures or silencers can help.

Maintenance Access: Ensure the blower is installed in a location that allows easy access for regular maintenance, inspections, and potential repairs.

Compliance with Local Regulations: Depending on the region, there may be environmental or safety regulations governing outdoor industrial equipment installations.
