Through the integrated 4‑way valve installed on the truck package, the VTB Air‑Cooled Vacuum Blower Package provides both vacuum for product loading and pressure for product offloading.

Innovative Design for High Efficiency

The VTB Air‑Cooled Vacuum Blower Package relies on pre‑inlet positive displacement blower technology, operating primarily in vacuum. This dry, air‑cooled volumetric blower incorporates two three‑lobe rotors and operates without internal compression.

Air openings introduce fresh air to cool the compression chamber, limiting temperature rise during operation. Flow rate and achievable vacuum level are directly linked to rotation speed.

The VTB.XL blower is self‑protected and can operate safely even with a closed inlet, thanks to its patented air injection design.

To further enhance efficiency, Hibon’s noise‑cancelling technology keeps pulsation inside the blower, creating an internal sound barrier.

With the optional VS (Venturi System), the blower is equipped with a patented Venturi pre‑injection system that improves noise reduction while retaining the benefits of direct air injection.

Plug & Play Solution for Easy Installation

Depending on application requirements, the VTB Air‑Cooled Vacuum Blower Package is available in multiple configurations and with a range of accessories including silencers and a 4‑way valve.

Optional inlet and outlet silencers, including cool air injection silencers, further reduce noise emissions.

The package incorporates a suction filter acting as both an air inlet filter and sound attenuator, along with an inlet non‑return valve that prevents reverse gas flow during shutdown and helps maintain tank vacuum.

An injection non‑return valve enables pressure operation. Without this valve, pressure at discharge would not be possible.

The Hibon four‑way valve allows operation in either pressure or vacuum mode and is available in manual or pneumatic versions.

The VTB Air‑Cooled Vacuum Blower Package is offered in multiple configurations, including clockwise or counter‑clockwise rotation, and top or bottom shaft options, allowing optimal integration into truck‑mounted applications.
