A superior design of the VTB Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package Truck-mount integrates the direct injection of the VTB.XL Series, which is the most efficient solution to cool the blower, permitting to work even with a closed valve at suction side (Inlet blanked off).

Our renowned noise cancelling technology is engineered to keep the pulsation inside the vacuum blower to generate a sound wall. This new dual air injection technology utilizes a direct air injection system, which does not need any auxiliary cooling system and lowers the noise level.

Welding flange allows easy connection between truck tank and four-way valve. 

Flange DN65 on silencer to cool air injection enables a ‘tank breaker system’ through the silencer for quieter operation.  

The VTB Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package Truck-mount has additional stitching points for sensors for having the possibility to add two temperature sensors.

Through an integrated 4-way valve installed on the vacuum truck package, the VS Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package is capable of providing both vacuum for product loading and pressure for product offloading. 

Innovative Design for High Efficiency

The VTB Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package Truck-mount relies on pre-inlet positive displacement blower technology, which runs mainly in vacuum. Dry, air-cooled without auxiliary fluid, this volumetric vacuum blower, which incorporates two three-lobe rotors, is without internal compression. The flow and the vacuum level capability are directly linked to the rotation speed. 

Air inlet is taken, come between chamber of compression and the rotor transferred to the outlet. Air openings permit introduction of fresh air to cool the chamber of compression and then to limit the temperature increase inside the chamber of compression. 

This vacuum blower VTB.XL is self protected, it can work accidentally with close gate, thanks to air injection patented and effective design. 

In addition, to gain a new level of efficiency, our renowned noise cancelling technology is engineered to keep the pulsation inside the blower for generating a sound wall. 

With the VS option the blower has also equipped with a Patented Venturi Pre-Injection System. This new dual air injection technology keeps the advantage of direct air injection and improves noise level. The “VS” on our new truck package means by the way “Venturi System”. 

Plug and Play solution for easy installation

Depending upon your application and requirements, the VS VTB Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package Truck-mount can be delivery in several configurations and accessories (Silencers, 4-way valve). 

Inlet/outlet Silencers and Cool air injection silencer are optional. The aim of silencers is to reduce the noise of the blower. 

The VS VTB Air-Cooled Vacuum Blower Package Truck-mount incorporates suction filter, which acts as an air inlet filter and sound attenuator and an inlet non-return valve that ensures that there is no reversal gas flow when the pump is shutting down. It can also maintains the vacuum in the tank. 

An injection non-return valve allows the VTB Truck package to be used in a pressure configuration. Without this non-return valve, the pressure at the discharge would not be possible. 

Finally, the Hibon four-way valve allows you to work in pressure or vacuum mode. This valve is available in manual or pneumatic version on the VTB Truck package.
